Free savings assessment
We find out how much counting, searching and replacing costs you today, and how much of it we can measure. By video and from your records, anywhere in the US.

From first call to agreement
Nothing is charged until the pilot, and the pilot only starts if the report shows savings worth measuring.
Send us a year of records
Count sheets or schedules, payroll hours on count days, purchase orders for replaced items, write-off reports. Whatever you have; we say what's missing. If there are no records of count hours, we time two counts with you and use those.
You · about an hourVideo walk-through
Thirty minutes on a call while someone walks the stockroom with a phone. We watch how a count is done, what happens to discrepancies, and where things go missing: check-out points, returns, vans, job sites.
Video · freeTimed sample count
We ship a reader and labels for one bay. You tag it, count it by hand, then with the reader, and we compare the minutes and what each found. Metal, liquids and outdoor gear get a read test at the same time. Return postage is on us.
About a week · freeOne-page savings report
What counting, searching and replacing costs you today, line by line with its source. The savings we can measure, with a low and a high estimate, and the ones we can't. The sample count result. Assumptions, and what would change the numbers.
Yours to keepPilot on one area
Sixty days on one room or one site, with success criteria agreed in writing first. Your own staff checks them. The pilot is paid, and credited if you go ahead within 30 days of the pilot report.

The report shows two prices side by side: a fixed quote, or a set share of the measured savings. You choose, or walk away with the report.
No pressure either way
How you pay
After the free assessment you get two prices side by side: a standard fixed quote for the hardware, setup and software, and a savings-based option. You pick either one, or neither.
With the savings-based option, you pay a set share of the savings measured in your own records: fewer counting hours on your payroll, fewer replacement purchases, fewer write-offs. Each line is measured against a "before" number taken from those same records, which you check and sign before anything starts. The share, any monthly minimum and a yearly cap are written in your report with your numbers before you sign, so you can see exactly how every invoice is calculated. If you'd rather have a simple price, take the fixed quote. We don't guarantee savings.
What counts as savings
- Counting hours, from timed counts and payroll
- Overtime and closed days for full counts
- Outside count-service invoices you no longer need
- Replacement purchases for lost or unreturned items
- Write-offs at cost, and logged costs of wrong shipments
What we report but never charge for
- Time spent looking for things
- Sales lost to empty shelves
- Cash tied up in extra stock
These are often real and often large. They're also hard to prove, so they stay out of the bill. How the baseline is set.
Good to know
What does it cost?
After the free assessment you get two prices side by side: a standard fixed quote for the hardware, setup and software, and a savings-based option. With the savings-based option you pay a set share of the savings measured in your own records, against a "before" number taken from those same records that you check and sign first. The share, any monthly minimum and a yearly cap are written in your report with your numbers before you sign, and every invoice shows how it was calculated from records you already keep. If you'd rather have a simple price, take the fixed quote. Nothing is charged until the pilot.
Do you guarantee savings?
No. We estimate them from your records and a sample count, then measure them during the pilot and every quarter after. Under the savings-based option the share applies only to savings that appear in your own payroll, purchase and write-off records; nothing we estimate is billed. Any monthly minimum that doesn't depend on savings is written in your report before you sign. If you don't want that risk, take the fixed quote.
Why aren't the prices on this page?
The fixed quote depends on what you store: paper labels on cartons cost cents, tools and tins need on-metal tags that cost more each, so it follows the read test. The savings-based option is a share applied to your own "before" numbers, which differ from site to site. Both are written with your numbers in the report; the assessment that produces it is free.
How is a savings-based invoice calculated?
Each quarter we compare the "before" number for each line with the same line in your current records, normalized the way the report says: per thousand items counted, per crew, per order. The difference is the measured saving. The share in your report is applied to it, and the yearly cap limits the total. The calculation comes attached to the invoice, line by line, with the records it came from.
What if we don't have records of count hours?
Then we time two counts with you and use those. Anything we can't evidence isn't in the baseline, and isn't billed.
What if our volume changes with the season?
The baseline is per thousand items counted, per crew or per order, agreed up front. A busier year doesn't count as lost savings, and a quieter one doesn't count as savings.
Who owns the data and the labels?
You do. Labels stay on your items and are yours. Your data exports as CSV any time; we use it only for the measurement report.
Our warehouse or rental software already scans barcodes. Do we replace it?
No, keep it. We count and check gear in bulk without scanning one by one, and we measure what doesn't come back. Counts export as CSV into what you already use.
Is the software finished?
It is in early access and we say so. The pilot has written success criteria your own staff checks before you commit to anything longer.
Is this RFID?
Yes. Labels on your items and a handheld RFID reader that reads every label within a few meters. Our software turns the reads into your items and locations. The sample count shows how well it reads your goods before you commit. How it works.
