Who it's for
Operations with thousands of items, several rooms or sites, or a lot of time and money lost to counting, searching and replacing. Anywhere in the US: the assessment is by video, setup is by video, and the hardware ships to you.
Event, AV and party rental with a warehouse
The gear is the business, and some of it doesn't come back.
- Cases and gear missing after a job, bought again before the next one
- Wrong kits packed; truck check-in and check-out that take all evening
- Monthly counts of thousands of assets across racks, cases and vans

Contractors with a tool crib
Electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC firms with twenty or more crews and a tool room.
- Drills, testers and cores bought again every quarter
- Gang boxes and trucks nobody can inventory without a day off the job
- "Who has the core drill" answered by phone calls

Small and mid 3PLs, distributors, light manufacturers
Ten to a hundred and fifty staff, full counts that cost a weekend.
- Quarterly or annual counts that close the building or run on overtime
- Client chargebacks and credits for wrong shipments
- Cycle-count staff whose time is the count

Operations we also talk to
The same measurement works wherever counting hours, replacement purchases or write-offs are already a line in the books. These take longer to set up, usually because the items need a read test first or the buyer has a budget cycle.
Hotel linen and uniform rooms
Par replacement every quarter; uniforms issued and never returned. Washable tags need a read test before we say yes.
Supply rooms in clinics and surgery centers
Expired stock written off; nurses counting instead of nursing. Usually a second-year conversation because of the approval cycle.
Back rooms of multi-store retailers
Outside count invoices and shrink nobody can place. A fit for high-value categories or goods that already arrive tagged; labeling every unit eats the first year.
Who it isn't for
We'd rather say so on this page than after an hour of your time.
- One stockroom and a small team. There isn't enough to measure. The starter option is simpler: a reader, labels and the app, quoted after a free read test.
- Public bodies on annual budgets. Schools and agencies usually need a fixed price. We quote one.
- Operations with no records and no interest in keeping them. Savings have to show up somewhere. If nothing is written down, nothing can be measured, and we don't bill on estimates.
- Anyone who wants an alarm at the door. A reader at a doorway logs what passes; it doesn't stop anyone. Treat it as a record, not security.

Three questions on the home page tell you whether an assessment is worth your time, with no contact details asked.
